Living in uptown you experience lots of Pan Handlers, Buskers, and Beggars. I can’t even walk from the Uptown Bar to Williams with out loosing a couple of smokes. Below is a video of my favorite busker, he’s out there every weekend playing he’s saxophone and creating an enjoyable mood.
